You will be part of a dynamic team within the global shared services department, collaborating with various departments on an exciting project involving the roll out of an ordering tool in South America.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain weekly contact with each country to follow up on the project plan
Set and monitor deadlines to collect feedback
Perform data analysis (e.g., spend, supplier data)
Support the setup and configuration of the tool
Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
Who are we looking for?
You have a bachelor or master in Economics, business administration, finance, IT
You have good communication skills
You have an analytical mindset
Good knowledge of Spanish (mandatory) and English; any additional languages are an asset
