Remote Client Support Specialist
to help ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. This role focuses on clear communication, thoughtful follow-through, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you're someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working independently, this could be a great fit. The position is fully remote, offers flexible scheduling, and includes training—so no previous industry experience is required.
What You'll Be Doing Respond to client questions through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and service-related requests
Share accurate, easy-to-understand information based on client needs
Maintain clear and organized client records
Follow up to ensure tasks are completed and clients feel supported
Use internal tools and systems to manage daily responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Open to learning new systems and workflows
Professional, consistent, and client-focused
Experience in customer service, admin support, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required.
