We are seeking a
Senior Data Design Specialist
to spearhead the upgrade and modernization of our Trade Finance and Loan reporting infrastructure. This is a critical, long-term project that requires a bridge between high-level business strategy and technical IT execution. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for
Eximbills Enterprise (EE) , ensuring that complex data flows are translated into actionable IT specifications and robust reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities
Eximbills SME:
Lead the enhancement of Trade Finance and Loan reporting processes specifically within the
Eximbills Enterprise (EE)
ecosystem.
Requirements Architecture:
Collaborate with global stakeholders and Head Office teams to translate business needs into detailed IT requirement documents and functional specifications.
Data Integrity:
Collect, validate, and analyze transactional data to ensure the highest levels of reporting accuracy and completeness.
System Design & Testing:
Support solution design, develop complex test scenarios, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system outputs.
Gap Analysis:
Proactively identify system gaps and propose practical, scalable improvements to existing Trade Finance workflows.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of experience in
Trade Finance business operations
and supporting technology.
Core Technology:
Mandatory hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE) , including deep knowledge of EE package structures, core functionalities, and data flows.
Language:
Fluent Bilingual Communication in English and Japanese
(Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is strictly required to facilitate collaboration with global Head Office teams.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Proven track record supporting EE implementations, enhancements, or large-scale upgrade projects.
Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Trade Finance products, including
Letters of Credit (LC), Guarantees, and Loans .
Communication:
Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical business users and stakeholders.
