Develop sales plans, establish call and visit/journey plans and strategies, develop end-users profiles for the relevant market/area; Produce periodical sales reports and accurate records on end-users visits, including the sales performance KPIs; Identify and realize new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts and as to agreed new business targets; Plan and execute sales promotions and permanent listings, working together with the marketing team; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through optimal availability, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders and following up on accounts; Coach, motivate, train and lead our customers in their knowledge of our products and their features and benefits to allow them to sell our products to a highly successful standard; Train kitchen staff in correct storage, handling and frying procedures for our products; Contribute to the professional organization and representation of Lamb Weston EMEA at general or customer exhibitions. What do you bring to the table?
A Bachelor or Master degree with one or two years of experience in sales, preferably in food, drink, FMCG or Wholesale company or a high school diploma with strong experience in sales and food; Fluency in French and advanced in English. As a Field Sales Representative you are able to adapt change and bring in out of the box solutions. Furthermore you are perseverant and a strong personality. Of course you have excellent communication skills and you know how to build relationships with different types of people. What’s in it for you?
