Responsibilities:
Identify new client relationships throughout the US.
Develop consultative selling methods; analyze each client and identify needs.
Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong phone presence; make daily calls.
Build relationships, understand decision-making processes, and communicate with key decision makers.
Work with qualified clients for specific positions, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers through to candidate start.
Demonstrate energy, competitiveness, and a drive to succeed.
Qualifications:
Sales and Professional Services Experience
Consultative / Staff Augmentation Experience (must have!)
