divh2Inside Sales Coordinator/h2pJob Category: Sales Requisition Number: INSID004066/ppPosted: February 9, 2026/ppFull-Time/ppOn-site/ppCavco Phoenix 2502 W Durango St Phoenix, AZ 85009, USA/ph3Job Details/h3pThe Production sales staff working from the Cavco manufacturing facilities support and drive wholesale and builder sales, helping to develop new accounts as well as provider ongoing account management to strengthen ongoing business relationships./ppThe Production Inside Sales Account Representative supports the production sales managers / regional sales managers (RSM) with transactional workflow, customer request tracking, and other administrative items. This role works independently executing non-complex specific process steps under continuous quality review and coaching as needed./ppstrongEssential Duties Responsibilities/strong/pulliSupports the Account Sales Managers (ASM) / Regional Sales Managers (RSM) with quotes and order entry to meet needs of our dealers in multiple states/liliCreating simple marketing reports to provide clearer understanding of shifts in market trends and products/liliAssists in ordering point of sale (POS) materials for the sales team to meet goals and objectives/liliSupports the ASM/RSM with inventory reports to determine and understand stocking and inventory agreements/liliWrites and updates floor plan literature at the direction of the Plant Sales Manager (PSM) to assure timely delivery to our dealers/liliConducts sales comparisons of features and benefits to assist with future planning/liliNotifies retailers of product changes to ensure communication and information flow/liliCoordinates dcor boards for product series to provide accurate and timely distribution/liliConducts manufacturing center tours to ensure customer satisfaction/liliCreates show guides for trade shows to ensure customer satisfaction and a clear description of the show homes/liliCreates competitive analysis reports for the ASM/RSM to assist with future planning/liliCommunicates with all levels of employees and management/liliPerforms various other job duties as assigned and needed/liliDemonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity/li/ulpstrongMinimum Qualifications/strong/pulliAssociates Degree and/or Bachelors Degree preferred/liliTwo or more years of experience with similar duties/liliEffective communication skills, both written and verbal/liliQuote and Order Accuracy Strong attention to details/liliPlanning/Organizational skills - able to prioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work through projects in a self-motivated manner/liliAdaptability able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events/liliProblem-solving skills able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; able to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) including Publisher/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/liliResults oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
