About Your New Employer Established, well-respected Irish food production business with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship Stable, long-term employer with a close-knit engineering team and excellent retention Modern production environment working on real, hands-on projects including tanks, piping, and machinery upgrades About Your New Job As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be working as part of a skilled maintenance and engineering team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will: Carry out TIG & MIG welding (approx. 95% stainless steel) on tanks, pipework, and production equipment Perform a mix of maintenance, repair, and new installations across the site Support machinery upgrades and mechanical problem-solving on production lines Work both in workshop and on-site areas where equipment needs to be brought to the job Ensure all work meets food-grade and hygiene standards What Skills You Need Experience in TIG & MIG welding (stainless steel essential) Background in fabrication within industrial or manufacturing environments Ability to read drawings and carry out high-quality welds Strong mechanical mindset able to troubleshoot and fix issues on-site Whats on Offer €45,000 €48,000 salary + overtime (time + weekends) Accommodation/lodge option available if relocating Day shifts, MondayFriday (39 hours) Benefits: increased annual leave with service, employee assistance programme, training support Whats Next Apply now by clicking the Apply Now button.
