Responsibilities: Leading plumbing installations on commercial construction projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance. This role oversees day-to-day site activities, manages plumbing crews, coordinates with other trades, and supports project delivery from first fix through commissioning and handover. Requirements Essential Fully qualified plumber with SOLAS / FETAC Level 6 or equivalent. Proven experience in a foreman or lead plumber role on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Desirable Safe Pass and relevant safety training (e.g., Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheel). Gas qualification (RGI) an advantage, depending on project scope. Experience with BCAR documentation and QA processes. Valid driving license.
