Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple applications and customer lifecycle datasets.
Aggregate, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external data sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI for leadership and business stakeholders.
Build and maintain KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and performance tracking models.
Perform trend analysis, cohort analysis, and scenario-based analysis to support forecasting and planning initiatives.
Translate business requirements and questions into clear analytical outputs, reports, and recommendations.
Support demand planning and operational insights through structured data analysis.
Work closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability.
Utilize Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python for data processing, transformation, and analytics workflows.
Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem tools to support scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Present analytical insights through effective storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level summaries.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
