Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized, evidence-based therapy plans that support safe, functional communication and recovery. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document care accurately, and educate patients and families, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
