Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized, evidence-based plans of care that promote safe, functional communication and swallowing. Working within a nurturing, dynamic culture focused on high-quality patient care, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and support patient-centric rehabilitation with strong opportunities for professional growth.
