Leasing Agent needed in Knoxville! Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (English required; Spanish preferred), professional customer service, and sales ability. - Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and general computer literacy. Familiarity with AppFolio is preferred, though training is available. - Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Laws (non-negotiable), lease agreements, and screening processes. - Compliance: Must pass a background check and maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information.

- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and text. - Conduct property tours and process rental applications. - Update AppFolio daily with leads and work orders. - Provide daily leasing reports to management. - Oversee lease renewals and the resident referral program.
