The Salesperson drives revenue growth through the acquisition and management of large-scale developer, contractor, and commercial accounts. This role is responsible for prospecting, relationship management, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value cabinetry and millwork projects. The Salesperson collaborates with design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure accurate project pricing and smooth execution. Success in this role requires strong market knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage a long and complex sales cycle.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, cabinetry, building products, or related fields. Proven track record of closing high-dollar accounts. Strong negotiation and CRM skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Existing book of business is a major plus.
