If you are passionate about helping others, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey!/ph3Overview/h3pOur Clinical Care Staff will primarily be responsible for providing compassionate care and services to our residents in accordance with each residents service plan. This position will also be focused on promoting a person-centered care environment that recognizes quality of life and emotional health for all our residents, as well as all team members. Multiple shifts available!!/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCaring for residents in the community by adhering to all community policies and procedures./liliAssisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include but not limited to; bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, shaving, nail care, hair care, eating, making bed, doing laundry, ambulating, and helping to activities and other functions./liliEncouraging residents to participate in activities, socialization, and regular exercise./liliReporting unusual symptoms and problems of residents to supervisors immediately./liliMaintaining daily records by documenting tasks completed in the resident electronic medical record and notifying the Clinical Care Team of any changes./liliAssisting all community staff, as needed, if own tasks are completed./liliAnswering telephones and assisting visitors in an assertively friendly manner./liliProviding effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and co-workers./liliAssisting residents in transporting to scheduled appointments for exams, if necessary./liliAdministering medications as ordered by physician and documenting medications administered on MAR./liliSigning in medication deliveries by the pharmacy./liliAssisting fellow team members in maintaining a clean, homelike environment that is free from hazards by tidying up spaces, cleaning up after residents, and ensuring that they always look presentable./liliObtaining resident vitals./liliCompleting daily cleaning tasks as assigned./liliArriving for scheduled shifts on time and follow protocol for calling-in or trading shifts./liliCompleting shift to shift report at the beginning/end of shift with staff./liliFollowing rules and regulations outlined in DHS 83 and CSL Policies and Procedures that are not specifically outlined above./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./liliMust be 18+./liliMust be responsible, reliable, and professional./liliCertified Nursing Assistant preferred, but not required./lili1+ years experience as Resident Aide, or similar position in an assisted living or nursing facility preferred./liliCBRF Registry, CPR/AED certified, and Alzheimers/Dementia care experience preferred./li/ul/div
