You will also support the Regional Sales Manager for Latin America./pulliRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail or social media./liliResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers, working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction./liliEnsure Salesforce.com (SFDC) utilization is in compliance with expectations. ulliUpdate customer/account information in SFDC during and after each call/liliRespond and route website leads in SFDC/liliGenerate quotes using SFDC/liliClose quotes in SFDC once purchase orders are received/liliCollaborate with RSM and ISR entering tasks, calls, and activity via SFDC/li/ul/liliResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrective action; following up to ensure resolution./liliRespond to customers inquirers within the established response time./liliUnderstanding basic pricing strategies of key accounts for both domestic, Canada, and Latin America/liliAnswers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate sales manager. Reads and routes incoming mail/liliReport on established company rebate programs/liliFiles and copies correspondence and other records./liliSends out literature or pricing requests by mail, phone, or e-mail./liliCode, clarify, and process (enter) all incoming orders in Epicor for the Hospitality Division, for both Domestic and Latin American sales./liliHandle the arrangements for sales meetings. This may include, but not limited to hotel arrangements, food
beverage requirements during the meeting, lunch
dinner reservations, meeting material preparation, meeting room reservation
organization./liliAssist with all aspects of tradeshow coordination/li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS/pulliAssociates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliBilingual in Spanish and English is a plus (not required)/liliFamiliar with product structure, bill of materials, routers, prints, etc./liliExcellent written skills. Strong organizational and communication skills./liliMechanical aptitude. Technical and detail oriented./liliStrong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze a situation and define a solution./liliWork well under pressure, meets deadlines and commitments to customers./liliSoftware Applications ulliProficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliSalesforce or similar CRM platform/liliZoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platforms/liliEpicor or similar ERP software/li/ul/li/ulpITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The salary range for this type of role is approximately $50,000-63,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final salary will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
