Part-Time Membership Sales

DivaDance is the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties - with franchises across the US and in Mexico. This is a membership sales position. Sales experience is required. We're looking for a confident, outgoing and persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are reliable, persuasive, articulate, and confident.

We are looking for squad members who can work 2-4 days per week (weekends/Saturday morning availability is a must) in a super fun, supportive and encouraging environment. Our classes are held in the evenings and on weekends so availability must align with our regular schedule (including weekend mornings). You must be available to work at our studios at 3640 N. Holland Sylvania (Sunrise Gymnastics) and/or other offsite locations for events/parties and must have reliable transportation! Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation is $20/class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes! This is an hourly contract / 1099 position.
