divh2CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant/h2pCNA Duties include:/pulliObserve and report any changes in residents health status to Charge Nurse/liliProvide assistance with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care) according to plan of care/liliDocument all care given and observations made while giving care/liliBath, shave, trim, shampoo and comb hair for residents as instructed/liliAssist residents to and from chairs and into and out of bed, always using good body mechanics/liliChange positions of bedfast residents/liliObserve all infection control procedures as instructed/liliMeal Service/liliAbility to read and write English/liliAbility to bend, lift, squat, walking, grasping, ability to hear and respond to pages and call lights/li/ulh2QMA- Qualified Medication Aide/h2pQMA Duties include:/pulliUse of good judgment in administering medications as ordered by the physician./liliDisplay ability in observing and reporting drug reaction commonly suffered by residents./liliDemonstrate knowledge in using the appropriate drug references./liliDisplay an awareness of cleanliness and proper maintenance of all medication carts/rooms and maintain a clean working environment./liliDirect nursing assistants if applicable./liliPerform other duties as described in the nursing assistant job description./liliAttend required in-services./liliBe alert to and safeguard the welfare of the residents./liliFoster good relationships between employees, residents, families and physicians./liliEvery call light and alarm is yours to answer promptly and courteously. Consider each light an emergency until answered./liliClean working areas and utility rooms. Clean and store equipment properly and as scheduled./liliReport and document any accident or incident involving a resident, employee or visitor immediately to your supervisor./liliAll other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or designee/li/ul/div
