Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift.
• Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and act as a key holder.
• Some leaders will count drawers and finalize daily transactions.
• Others will lead the kitchen in speed and operational excellence
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage time effectively
• Skilled at conflict resolution and maintaining team harmony
• Prior experience as a shift lead or similar role is preferred but not required.
