Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care activities, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors. CNAs ensure residents privacy and dignity while adhering to HIPAA guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. They contribute to a safe and supportive environment, participate in educational opportunities to maintain certification, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of residents./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliBe able to perform all functions under your active license or certification or as it pertains to your assigned duties./liliKnow the residents you serve, providing care based on their care plans./liliAssist in all aspects of a residents daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement./liliAppropriately communicate with clinical leadership when a residents needs change./liliKnow how to approach and care for residents with dementia./liliBe willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliAn active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
