Metro's mission is to provide a world-class transportation system that enhances the quality of life for all who live, work, and play within LA County. Description To develop, manage, and administer all aspects of a project and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager (Information/Creative Design) will be responsible for applying project management principles to support Metro's Creative & Brand team in delivering clear and consistent customer information and creative design campaigns across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints. This role manages projects end-to-end, collaborating alongside design professionals and coordinating across a wide range of internal and external partners. This position plays a key role in content integration efforts, supporting delivery of cohesive, rider-focused information across multiple programs, major public events, and countywide initiatives. Requirement:

Manages various aspects of a project which may include finances, research, design, technical support, schedules, budget compliance, planning, and agency reporting Oversees the development of project specifications and requirement Manages a project's scheduling, prioritization of work, budget development, monitoring, planning, and reporting Reviews, analyzes, and interprets contract specifications and scope of work documents of a project to ensure conformance with requirements, regulations, codes, policies, procedures and plans Reviews, analyzes, and monitors actual project performance to ensure conformance with scope, schedule, and budget Attends progress meetings with members of the project team to report on status Identifies problems and recommends resolutions to budget, cost, and schedule-related activities Prepares reports for management Participates in project outreach Coordinates with various stakeholders Communicates and implements safety rules, policies, and procedures in support of the agency's safety vision and goals; and maintains accountability for the safety performance of all subordinate employees May be required to perform other related job duties
Minimum Qualifications A combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Additional experience, as outlined below, may be substituted for required education on a year-for-year basis. A typical combination includes:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Public Administration, Political Science or a related field Experience
Six years of relevant experience or three years of relevant supervisory-level experience in project management, project funding and financing, or project delivery Certifications/Licenses/Special Requirements
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions Preferred Qualifications Preferred

Experience managing customer information projects across print and digital platforms for a transit agency, public agency or large-scale public events, including wayfinding, maps, rider guides, and transit communications Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to manage communication and consolidate stakeholder input into cohesive, accurate deliverables Experience managing end-to-end creative/design projects using Asana or similar tools, including coordinating teams, tracking tasks and deadlines, and ensuring alignment with project goals Experience tracking, monitoring, and reconciling customer-facing information across analog and digital channels - such as event signage, maps, web, trip-planning applications and data feeds - to ensure accurate and consistent information across all touchpoints Experience reviewing creative design deliverables for consistency with visual and/or content standards, ensuring quality prior to publication or distribution Essential Knowledge Knowledge of
