Assistant General Manager (AGM)
to help lead operations for our award-winning restaurant concept,
The Rustic . As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll drive revenue and profitability while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and team development. You’ll oversee both front- and back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and model the FreeRange values that set our restaurants apart: Fun, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Innovation, and Integrity. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves with a remarkable experience Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and hospitality Oversee product quality, vendor relationships, and recipe adherence Supervise and support team members during all shifts Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth Forecast business needs, manage budgets, and control operational costs Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation Monitor labor and inventory to meet financial and operational goals Build community connections and promote the brand through local outreach and events Train and develop new leaders and team members Implement policies and best practices that drive long-term operational excellence. Qualifications 3–5 years of management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in hospitality Required Skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu and ingredient familiarity Financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, labor management, and cost control Experience with restaurant management tools such as HotSchedules, Reporting & Analytics, or similar systems Strong leadership presence with a calm, problem-solving mindset Passion for guest service and commitment to operational excellence Pay range and compensation package Competitive pay and bonus potential Growth and advancement opportunities across all FreeRange brands Comprehensive training and leadership development A culture built on fun, teamwork, and innovation Equal Opportunity Statement Join the FreeRange Family — where hospitality meets heart, and every day brings a new opportunity to Create Remarkable Memories.
