Job Description:
Partner with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and solution architects to understand, capture, and translate complex business problems into elegant and durable technical solutions. Communicate and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Technically lead, mentor, coach, and contribute to an application development team (typically 4-8 members) designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions. Collaborate with application developers to create and manage prioritized application technical roadmaps. Partner with product ownership and stakeholders to manage and prioritize an application portfolio backlog of new features, existing application enhancements, and infrastructural interoperability requirements. Provide technical expertise and leadership across multiple application development teams as needed in addressing significant application challenges and driving them to resolution. Requirements:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience. Front-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (Angular JS, jQuery, or similar) Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM's (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar) Demonstrated technical leadership experience in a scrum agile development environment. Extensive understanding of full stack web application development. Demonstrated proficiency in analysis and problem-solving. Effective presentation skills with an ability to influence leadership and stakeholders. Influencing and conflict resolution skills in a dynamic team environment. Design and query experience with Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL Server. Experience with agile software development and CI/CD practices. Experience with remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture and database automation (eg Liquibase, EF Core Management or similar) Extensive knowledge of XML, JSON, and YAML. Experience with Microsoft Power BI. Benefits:
