Our client is a Global Multinational Life Sciences Company who have a significant amount of work throughout Ireland, and this would be a fantastic company to help you further your career in Health & Safety. This is a permanent role. About the role: EHS Team Lead Longford Based position Full Time Permanent Role Competitive Salary & Package €70,000 - €80,000 + Package Your main duties will include, but not be limited to: Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team to deliver high-quality support across the site. Allocate and oversee daily/weekly priorities. Develop safety programs for the site. Aid in maintaining an effective EHS system. Maintain EHS documentation for compliance. Implement and oversee EHS training programs. Support training for new and existing staff. Oversee EHS incident management and risk assessments.
