Job Description:
Develop and grow Hultafors Group North America (HGNA) portfolio brands in the Southwest Region (CA and AZ). Independently identify, pursue, convert, and manage target accounts within the assigned territory. Build strong customer relationships to expand share of wallet, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention. Activate brand and product marketing campaigns in collaboration with HWNA marketing team. Translate company strategy into clear account priorities and actions to achieve territory growth targets. Partner with agencies to support existing accounts and provide product, technical, and sales training. Participate in regional and national trade shows and customer events to promote brands and generate new business opportunities. Gather and communicate customer, competitor, and market intelligence to inform decisions. Consistently manage pipeline, activity, CRM updates, and reporting to ensure execution rigor and visibility. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent job experience. A minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar positions, preferably selling consumer durables in the Industrial/MRO and/or Commercial/Construction channels. In-depth knowledge of relevant product categories (e.g., levels, work gear, hand tools, or related HGNA product lines) is preferred. Positive with entrepreneurial experience matched with a process/structure mindset.
