Drive the design and development of A/B tests on app features and user experience Lead the development of attribution models to measure the impact of marketing activities Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership Develop cross-functional initiatives to optimize customer journey and enhance conversion rates Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth Analyze complex data for trends and patterns, interpreting data with business objectives in mind Recommend business strategies based on research projects Drive metrics definition and management, partnering with business and data engineers Develop reports and visualizations for business use Leverage analytical modeling techniques to optimize customer experiences and outcomes Collaborate with data scientists to optimize and integrate machine learning models, mentoring junior team members Lead implementation of analytical models in production by collaborating with software developers Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related degrees 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role 5 years experience in MBB consulting 3 years of experience in scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.) or statistical packages (R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) 2 years of advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL Proven experience in designing and implementing A/B tests and other user research Benefits:
