You assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning/liliMonitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse/liliRespond promptly to call lights and resident requests/liliDocument care and maintain confidentiality/liliFollow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards/liliProvide support in different units as needed/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCurrent CNA certification in accordance with state regulations/liliCPR certification required/liliAbility to communicate clearly in English/liliLong-term care experience preferred, but not required we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliSit, stand, bend, and walk regularly/liliLift/move up to 100 lbs/liliVisual and auditory ability to perform required duties/liliModerate noise level typical of a healthcare environment/li/ulh3Benefits Perks/h3ulliPaid Leave Time/liliSupportive, team-focused environment/li/ulpBe the hero across our facility join our CNA Float Pool and make a difference wherever youre needed!/p/div
