Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Wage: $18/hour
Language: Bilingual English & Haitian Creole required
Would you like to work in a rewarding environment with fantastic coworkers? This position is for you! Make a difference by supporting the daily operations of our Adult Day Program while creating a welcoming and organized front desk experience for participants, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting participants, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Manage participant attendance, sign-in/out processes, and daily documentation
- Maintain organized records and assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between staff, families, and external partners
- Support scheduling, appointment coordination, and program logistics
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Assist program staff with clerical duties and day-to-day operational needs
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
