Managing complex software licensing, compliance, and optimization initiatives using the ServiceNow SAM platform Leading end-to-end license reconciliation for complex vendors Analyzing and validating Effective License Position (ELP) using ServiceNow SAM Pro Identifying and remediating compliance risks Providing strategic guidance on vendor licensing, renewals, and contract negotiations Leading preparation and response for vendor audits Ensuring software asset data management is implemented and enforced Driving effective use of ServiceNow SAM capabilities Requirements:
5+ years of related experience IT Operations Management (ITOM) ServiceNow Platform Software as a Service (SaaS) Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Software Asset Manager with 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities Ability to manage the SAM module, including SaaS License Management Understanding of relationship between SAM, ITOM, and CMDB systems Experience with automation and integration across IT management platforms using ServiceNow Pro Plus AI Agents Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) certification is preferred Benefits:
