Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex software projects and programs Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and key decisions Facilitate executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product, and business analysts Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance across teams Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project contributors Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues Oversee change management processes, including scope and requirement changes Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards Oversee testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and outcomes Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, contracts, and deliverables Ensure alignment between vendor output and internal expectations Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery frameworks Contribute to PMO standards, governance, and best practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or a related field 6 + years of project management experience or relevant work experience Knowledge of project management methodologies (Smartsheet, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities PMP or similar certification preferred Ability to analyze data and data-driven decision-making Benefits:
