Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers!/ppService Advisor Compensation and Benefits:/pulliCompetitive Pay/liliFlexible Working Hours/liliHealth Insurance/liliPTO Sick Leave/lili401(K)/li/ulpService Advisor Responsibilities:/pulliGreet customers promptly/liliObtain customer and vehicle information/liliClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer/liliDetermine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle/liliPrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts/liliEstablish follow up time/liliMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently/liliVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order/liliExplain all completed work and charges to customers/li/ulpService Advisor Requirements:/pulliPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is a plus/liliAbility to identify the problem quickly/liliKnowledge of automobiles/liliProven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction/liliPast experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant/liliVery energetic personality/liliA desire for a long-term career with a growing organization/liliPersonal and professional integrity/liliComputer skills and willingness to learn new programs/liliAbility to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications/liliMinimum of 1 year in service department/liliAbility to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/liliBasic computer skills/liliPositive, friendly attitude/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/li/ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
