2–5 years of software engineering experience (or technical background) Coding ability in TypeScript and React, with enough fluency to debug, prototype, and teach others Great grasp of REST APIs, integrations, and distributed system data flows Comfortable writing database queries for debugging, reporting, and analysis Excellent communicator who thrives in customer conversations and technical workshops Curious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Bonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing Why This Role is Different
Unlike traditional engineering roles, this isn’t about committing code to our core product every day. Instead, you’ll: Be embedded with customers as their go-to technical partner Use your engineering skills to solve real-world, high-stakes problems in production Influence Coinflow’s roadmap directly with customer-driven insights Play a pivotal role in scaling both customer success and company revenue The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 USD. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs. In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for an equity grant, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company.
