Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining food quality standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, developing efficient workflows, and maintaining inventory control. The Kitchen Manager will coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests and contribute to menu planning and kitchen efficiency improvements.
Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Quality standards Effective Culinary Management skills, including staff supervision and operational coordination Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation protocols Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Previous kitchen management or similar leadership experience in restaurants Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food industry preferred
