Compensation (full-time) includes:

• Base + Year 1 Guaranteed Compensation: $56,000 $79,000 annually
• Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
• Monthly Professional Support Stipend (student loan or cost-of-living support predictable, not bonus-based)
• Annual Retention Stipend with long-term growth focus
• Optional Saturday coverage (paid separately)
• Performance rewards earned as extra paid vacation time
