Radiology-Certified Dental Assistant – Full-Time | Chambersburg, PA

The Wagner Centre is growing, and we are seeking a dependable, upbeat, and motivated Radiology-Certified Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone with strong clinical fundamentals who enjoys patient care and thrives in a supportive, specialty-focused environment.

Our ideal candidate has previous dental assisting experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to continue learning and growing professionally. Surgical or implant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to grow within the specialty setting.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• No Weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during a variety of dental and specialty procedures
• Take dental radiographs and assist with patient documentation
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Support smooth daily clinical operations
• Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience
• Assist the clinical team with surgical and implant procedures as needed

Requirements

• Radiology (X-ray) certification required
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Surgical or implant experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a specialty environment

Pay & Compensation

• $22–$29 per hour, depending on experience
• Starting around $22/hour with minimal qualifying experience
• Up to $29/hour for candidates with strong surgical or implant experience
• 2 weeks paid vacation
