As a Leasing Professional, you will be an essential part of our team, delivering first-class customer service to prospects and residents. You will handle resident requests promptly and professionally while creating a welcoming and professional office environment that reflects our companys commitment to excellence./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3h4Property Administration/h4ulliAssist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness./liliSupport Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans, ensuring all potential marketing avenues are utilized effectively./liliConduct consistent daily follow-up with all prospects; identify obstacles and actively work to close leases./liliMaintain up-to-date, thorough product knowledge of the property and competitive market through research and networking./liliCollaborate with Managers to establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs to meet occupancy targets./liliKeep the office, common areas, grounds, and model units clean and professional at all times./liliProvide support by filling in for other team members and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed./li/ulh4Customer Experience Sales/h4ulliEnsure all online presenceincluding website, listing sites, social media, and marketing materialsare current, professional, and engaging./liliMonitor digital platforms regularly and promptly report any issues or opportunities for improvement to management./liliAssist Managers in planning, advertising, and managing resident functions and community events./liliCoordinate on-campus advertising events and build partnerships with schools and student organizations./liliActively network with local student housing professionals and competitors to stay informed of market trends and build collaborative relationships./liliPromote and maintain positive relations with residents, parents, staff, and the broader community while enforcing company policies and standards./liliSpend time on campus and in local businesses to foster cross-advertising and strengthen community ties./liliEnsure property management software is accurate and up to date./liliPerform lease processing, administration, and other related administrative tasks as required./li/ulpMay not be all inclusive./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliTwo to Three years in a sales or customer service role./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliStrong organization and analytical skills./liliIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software./liliExceptional customer service skills./liliAbility to market and sell the community./liliExcellent time management and ability to prioritize work./li/ulpWe conduct criminal background and drug screening./ppWere looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
