Position Overview:

We are looking for design-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inside Sales & Retail Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting lighting, furniture, and dcor that complements their design vision.
• Provide expert guidance on product features, finishes, and styles.
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, and builders to drive sales.
• Maintain showroom displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
• Stay informed on design trends and industry innovations to better serve customers.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media content and showroom events.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for design, aesthetics, and home dcor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
