Through bespoke service, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to luxury standards, this role plays an integral part in cultivating clientele, driving sales performance, and fostering a welcoming, service-driven environment./ppPartnering closely with store leadership, the Keyholder supports operational excellence, team development, and overall store performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects the elegance and values of Ana Luisa./ph3Responsibilities/h3h4Leadership Team Support/h4ulliFoster a collaborative and inclusive store culture rooted in positivity, teamwork, and excellence/liliSupport the coaching and daily development of team members through motivation, product knowledge, and leadership on the sales floor/liliLead by example in delivering elevated client experiences and upholding luxury service standards/liliCommunicate store goals, KPIs, and brand initiatives clearly and effectively/li/ulh4Sales Client Experience/h4ulliDrive sales performance through personalized styling, authentic relationship building, and client-first service/liliDeliver bespoke service and elevated experiences that cultivate long-term clientele and brand loyalty/liliSupport the achievement of store KPIs, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention/liliAssist with in-store events and client experiences that strengthen community engagement and brand affinity/liliUtilize Custom Jewelry and Permanent Jewelry services to create memorable and personalized client moments/li/ulh4Operations Visual Standards/h4ulliSupport daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, transactions, returns, and inventory management/liliMaintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand expectations/liliParticipate in inventory counts, shipment processing, replenishment, and stock organization/liliUphold operational procedures, compliance standards, and overall store organization with strong attention to detail/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli1+ year of retail leadership or keyholder experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail/liliProven ability to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences/liliPassion for fine jewelry, styling, and luxury service/liliStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills/liliFamiliarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems preferred/liliFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and maintain open availability/li/ulh3What Youll Love About Us/h3pAt Ana Luisa, we are committed to creating a people-first culture that values growth, creativity, and excellence.
