Sr. Territory Manager Utah & Colorado

An established medical device company is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to support and grow its neurovascular product portfolio. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic sales execution, focusing on building strong customer relationships, supporting procedures, and expanding market presence within a defined territory.

Act as the primary liaison for physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing stakeholders regarding product support, usage, and contracting.

Provide intraoperative case coverage for embolization coil procedures and related interventions.

Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase product utilization.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, and clinical support.

Deliver product education and training to clinicians, nurses, and technicians on device usage, procedural techniques, and clinical outcomes.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.

Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and educational programs to promote product awareness.

Support clinical initiatives by identifying potential cases and coordinating with internal clinical teams.

Maintain accurate inventory management and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Partner with internal stakeholders to implement account growth plans, including product launches and customer training initiatives.

Contribute to the development of educational programs that enhance product adoption.

Continuously expand professional and technical knowledge through training, networking, and industry engagement.

Adhere to all quality standards and company policies.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership.

Provide regular updates on territory performance and account activity.

Uphold professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.

Complete all required training and perform additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurovascular or medical device sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Relationship-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

High emotional intelligence, including empathy and adaptability.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
