PTA Physical Therapy Assistant

Providence at Home with Compassus Territory Coverage (candidate must be local and willing to travel to below cities):

La Mirada, Whittier, La Habra, La Habra Heights, Cerritos, Norwalk, and surrounding areas

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Day shift

Position Summary: As a PTA, your role is to provide therapy assistance and help patients reach their recovery goals. With AI-supported documentation, you can spend more time delivering hands-on care while efficiently capturing key session details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PTs in therapy sessions aimed at patient mobility improvement.
• Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently.
• Focus on meaningful interactions while minimizing documentation distractions.

Education and/or Experience:

• A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Compensation range: $33.40 - $41.25

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
