As a Sales Coordinator, you will work directly with our sales and service teams as well as being in direct communication with our customers. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Data entry, analysis, and processing of sales orders including: placing purchase orders, receipt of equipment, and closing orders Forward sales leads to the appropriate Sales Representative Ensure proper entry and organization of sales orders Coordinate with the service department to ensure equipment preparation and delivery to customers Assist in managing the phone lines and directing calls to the appropriate team member. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role, experience in the material handling industry preferred. Self-starter who can work independently or with a team Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) Strong organization skills Able to effectively communicate with all levels of management Able to effectively manage time Drug screen/criminal background check
