8+ years of software development experience 2-3 years directly managing engineers Staff-level technical depth Strong experience across tech stack (TypeScript, React, NestJS, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP) Proven ability to manage complex software projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, async-first environment A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies Benefits:
