Responsible for the daily operation and the performance & effectiveness of Nurse Audit staff Implementing short- and long-term plans and objectives to prevent revenue loss Engaging in continuous quality improvement of charge capture practices Oversight and execution of the NA audit workplan for all Ensemble clients Developing and maintaining department policies and procedures Requirements:
4 year/ Bachelors Degree; Specialty/Major: Business or relevant discipline RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent Licensure/Certification Required CCDI, RHIA, RHIT, COC, PMP, CPMA or equivalent Licensure/Certification Preferred Five or more years of experience in revenue integrity and/or revenue cycle operations Management experience in healthcare industry Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/Revenue codes Benefits:
