Lead the development and implementation of sales force strategies, including targeting, sales force sizing and alignment, and incentive compensation planning Analyze multiple data sources, KPIs, trends, and market events to provide strategic insights on business performance Process, analyze, and visualize patient claims data, providing reliable reporting on key metrics Ensure accurate and timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of brand's performance Support commercial initiatives and product performance assessment with relevant analytics and insights Clearly communicate health of the business and insights, present and provide strategic guidance to leadership Support pre-launch planning and launch execution through partnership with cross functional stakeholders Develop KPIs and tracking tools Design and implement field operation needs, such as CRM, power BI reporting, and targeting lists Support the development of the company's Data Warehouse and reporting capabilities Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for various internal stakeholders Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize business outcomes Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, while mentoring team members Maintain the highest standards in commercial data, reporting, and analytics Collaborate closely with various functional stakeholders Manage relationships with data vendors. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred Director: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or data science Senior Director: Minimum 10–12+ years of relevant experience with increasing leadership responsibility Experience supporting biopharmaceutical commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, market access, or patient services analytics Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance reporting, and launch readiness Proficiency with SQL and analytics programming languages (Python or R) Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
