Sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering - helping customers get the most out of Yoodli Thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value Support customers through onboarding and integrations Tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets to keep things moving Become a trusted advocate for our users - translating their real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication Benefits:
