Lead the design process from concept to completion Utilize design thinking techniques to solve complex problems Conduct user-experience research to gather insights and inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment Mentor and guide junior designers Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX design for complex SaaS software products Time spent working with US based product teams would be valuable experience for this role Post-Secondary education in HCI, Design, or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience Strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B products Experience conducting generative & evaluative user-experience research and usability testing Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies Excellent Figma skills Experience working in an Agile software development environment Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and best practices Benefits:
