As QA/LIS Support Engineer you _are _responsible to deliver high quality digital products to your partners, the implementation managers and affiliates. Your strong customer centricity and technical expertise ensure quality work, high usability and efficient delivery.
You will be responsible to
● Centrally deliver, configure and test digital healthcare products remotely based on clear customer requirements from implementation managers and affiliates with a strong focus on quality and time to market
● Closely work with implementation managers to understand requirements, continuously improve collaboration, processes and tools to make delivery more efficient and effective
● You actively contribute to define requirements packages for the further development of tools, processes, standardization and products
● You apply defined standards and further develop best practices by actively addressing and sharing lessons learned
● Throughout the project duration, maintain project status and timelines to facilitate accurate status reports
● Work in complex production and development environment focusing to deliver high quality customer solutions
● Collaborate across departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processes
● Identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools
Qualifications
● Advanced degree in IT or a related field. Experience or background in support and training or delivery of software products is a plus.
● Experience as lab technician with IT background or working with LIS or HIS solutions is an
additional plus
● 3+ years of experience in the diagnostics or software industry
● Fluent in English, oral and written, Spanish is an advantage
● Experience with HIS/LIS, ASTM, HL7, and communications protocol in general
● Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills
● Strong intercultural competencies, and excellent communication skills
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● You enjoy working in global matrix structures and interdisciplinary environment
● You count communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural skills among your strengths
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
