As a Paint Project Coordinator, you'll be working with a team of Owner Representatives that manage multiple projects that provide you with the opportunity to build and create better living spaces for our residents. With the opportunity to develop your career to the next level.

Develop paint project scope of work , assessing field conditions, identifying required resources, materials and schedule. Manage
the process of paint projects and work within a defined scope following the protocols set by the Organization throughout our communities. Build things.
Make the physical parts of living in our communities better, stronger, more beautiful. Assist in the administration
and oversight of paint and construction projects across our various communities. Paperwork,
Assist in all levels of the project process - from vision through closeout. What you should have:
Full working knowledge of
paint restoration ,
lead based paint abatement , paint and plaster application types. RRP Certification
(preferred) with ability to maintain and document
Lead-Safe Work Practice. Intermediate Knowledge (3-5 years)
of construction documents and commercial/residential construction. An
analytical ability
to collect and use information to solve complex problems. The
technical experience
to be able to understand and determine the scope of work required to complete projects timely and within budget. Fanatical discipline
and relentless desire to do what needs to be done. A
love
for doing
what others won't and solving very difficult problems. A
desire to grow
and take on ever increasing responsibility. Walking ! - Our communities are large and you will need to be able to coordinate time and effort to the various apartment locations. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Hourly Rate:
$33.00 - $35.00
