Requirements:
6+ years of industry experience in a leadership role 3+ years experience in Game Design focused role(s) Experience with management practices, including team member feedback and evaluation processes Professional experience and passion for leading teams and growing skills/mentoring individuals Professional experience with project management software Strong understanding of the Systems-based Action RPG Genre.
