Responsible for leading a team of associates and owns the end‑to‑end sales reporting Partners closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales Audit, IT, Finance Monitors the team's progress against departmental goals Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports Requirements:
7-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field is preferred Leadership Experience: 2-5 years of people or project team management experience Experience with OTC processes in SAP S/4 Hana Experience in different technologies such as business querying, analytics tools, and AI Ability to build queries and research large data sets leveraging tools such as Google Big Query Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or other designation (e.g., CPA, CMA) Benefits:
