Responsible for assisting the Radiation Oncologists, Registered Nurses and other Cancer Center staff with basic clinical and office functions to ensure a coordinated approach to oncology patient care activities. Works closely with nursing team and medical staff to ensure quality patient care in a timely manner
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of approved program for Medical Assistant or 1 year of experience as a medical assistant
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Previous oncology office experience
- Medical Assistant Certification
